Xi'an Center Teachers · Online Training
100-day online training to learn and practise this Zhineng Qigong method, with session recordings available.
Do you sometimes feel as though your body is going one way and your mind another? Zhineng Qigong is a practice that combines gentle movement and conscious attention to help you regain your centre: regulating the body, stabilising the emotions and bringing greater clarity to the mind. It does not require physical strength or special flexibility and is accessible to anyone, with or without previous experience.
Opening and Closing the Four Palaces is a simple and direct method, currently considered by the Xi'an Center to be one of the most effective methods within the entire Zhineng Qigong system. Over 100 days of consistent practice, you may notice your energy becoming more balanced and your vitality increasing, while your emotions become more stable and your mind clearer.
This is not simply about learning the method during a series of classes. The training is structured around 100 days of continuous practice, allowing you to gradually become familiar with Opening and Closing the Four Palaces, deepen your practice and integrate the method more fully.
The classes with the teachers, the recordings and your practice between sessions are all part of the same process.
